Our pizzas are handmade and baked in a 1OO% wood-fired Pizza. Oven (no gas) that bakes pizzas at 800-900 degrees. We make our dough with caputo 00 flour. We make our own fresh mozzarella and use imported San Marzano tomatoes (D.O.P)
