    El evento de año nuevo, por el cual se pidió que pagáramos por adelantado, fue mal organizado, faltó atención -o, ¿faltaron meseros?-, la comida llegó tarde y fría, las bebidas tardaban una eternidad en llegar. Una lástima, pues normalmente es un excelente restaurante.

    Awful NYE experience, the wine and sparklers came out after 12:04am for an event that was prepaid for new years. Restaurant was understaffed and the chaos was visible, food itself was the least of my expectations (salmon filet came out raw). No apology from gerente or anyone, a shame to other restaurants like Porfirios in this group that do hospitality well.

    Servicio malo y lento, platillos fríos y al final en la Cuenta querían hacer un cobro de una bebida que no habíamos solicitado, lo corrigieron pero se lo cobraron en la propina, íbamos a dejar el 10% (no satisfechos con el servicio ) y se metieron el 20% Sumándole que había que estar repitiendo al mesero la orden, tragos/bebidas que no eran. Hacen pasar mala una mala experiencia.

    La comida excelente, desde las entradas hasta el postre fue increíble 🤩el servicio impecable, el ambiente perfecto, toda una experiencia fascinante. Festejar mi cumpleaños en Ilios fue la mejor desicion. Recomiendo mucho el pescado a la sal y el helado preparado en la mesa, es una experiencia de sabores deliciosos y su mixologia increíble❤️sin duda regresaré 🤩

    Food was amazing. Possibly the best fish I’ve had , ever. Staff was really kind and attentive and the atmosphere was beautiful.
