   I went to Ilios the first time and it was AMAZING probably because we went on a regular month with no holidays and anything special. This time we went on Dic 30th and it was horrible, the music was unbearable, chaotic, and the food disgusting. We had to order an extra dish for my daughter cause the first one was poorly made and they did nothing to accommodate us. Also, we made the reservation around the showtime and they pushed the show that day close to 10:30 when it’s usually around 9pm. I kept asking when about it and they kept telling me “in about 5 minutes” Sadly my experience this time was the worst at very high price tag! My advice is, if you want to try it, go on a quiet season, you may find it nice. But this place it’s not for a quiet dinner, this is more to have some fun!

   La comida está deliciosa, la música, el ambiente, el show de fuego, quebrar los platos es una experiencia súper divertida y única. El show de fuego en Tulum empezó a las 9:00pm y quebrar los platos empezó 10:30pm. Realmente tienes que visitar este restaurante .

   Waiter was terrible. Half of our table received entrees before the other half had even placed an order. Long wait in between coursed. Staff not attentive. Many similar Restaraunts in Tulum so I will not be back.

   Overall, our experience wasn’t great. We were seated right next to the DJ, and the music was excessively loud. Our table was also situated in the midst of all the commotion. My husband’s back was facing the fire dance, so he couldn’t watch most of it. Additionally, they have a tradition of breaking plates in a chest, which was located right next to our table. Unfortunately, a piece of a broken plate hit me on my forehead. On top of this, the servers were not attentive. While the atmosphere is energetic and lively, the food was subpar, and the overall experience fell short of expectations.

   5 star of experience! Definitely my favorite restaurant in Tulum. The staff is very attentive and the service was 5 stars. We attended fire show. It was amazing!! One of the best night of my life! Worth visiting

    The best Christmas dinner of all time! Service was perfect and the entertainment and energy was next to none. People of all ages were dancing, eating, celebrating and having the time of their lives. Dancing on chairs, breaking plates- it was the best time. We had our kids with us because it was Christmas of course and they left saying they wish they could go to Ilios every night. It made our trip and I’m so glad we found this for our holiday. Very memorable.
