   I won't be going back. It has been years since I have complained to a manager while there. But they need help. The hostess is obviously new at the job but perhaps doesn't have the disposition for that position. I had the Swordfish, and it was good. The rest of the menu needs work. We tried many dishes. One had to be sent back, and they came back and said there was a problem in the kitchen and took it off the bill. That is okay, but someone should not have let that dish out. We had a guest in town this week and planned on trying the other place in the chain, but we dropped that excursion.

   Ate an Indaco just before New Year and it was outstanding in every way. Brought friends last night after bragging about Indaco to them. Last night was a disappointment. Menu selections were more limited and not as exciting, my food was served cold, sent back, redone again, and still served cold. The on duty manager was great but the food quality had gone down. The service staff was excellent. Not in a hurry to come back.

   We loved Indaco! Service was wonderful, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere pleasing. When we walked in one of the staff was walking in ahead of us. He stopped, saw us, held the door and assured us someone would be with us in a moment. We had the meatball appetizer which tastes like a great-grandma’s homemade recipe (I’m Italian), the sauce is fabulous! We also had the Margherita Pizza-perfetto! Perfect char, perfect chew, perfect sauce. Our new Greenville favorite pizza!

   We celebrated our engagement here last weekend, and it was an unforgettable experience! Matthew Anderson, the general manager, helped ensure every detail of our evening was perfect. From a champagne toast to delicious desserts with a sparkling surprise, they thought of everything to make the night feel magical. They accommodated our vegetarian preferences, which we greatly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed.  Both Matthew and our wonderful server  (whose name I sadly can’t recall) were so warm and kind, celebrating with us and wishing us well for this next chapter. This place will hold such a meaningful memory for us, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for any special occasion—or any night at all!

   Indaco is a go to for us. The ambience and service are both top notch. We love how the menu is always evolving. Can’t wait to go back!

   The breakfast pizza served at weekend brunch is delicious is fantastic and will feed 2-3 people. Atmosphere, service and drinks very good.
