   This is our second time visiting Infini and it was just as impressive as the first. The presentation is spectacular, the service delightful and professional, the wine paring perfect and the food unique and delicious. The use of local farmers and purveyors is appreciated and inspiring. Were Michelin to come to Aruba, Infini would be deserving of at least 1 star!

   Our dining experience at Infini was the perfect sendoff on our baby moon vacation in Aruba. I am so happy I found this place by far the best meal we had on the island. But not only that, it was an entire experience. All of the courses were delicious and meticulously crafted, and I was so incredibly pleased to have vegan options offered. I highly recommend this to any foodie. The service was outstanding in every way - from the chefs to the host to the Mixologist - all so accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Next time I’m in Aruba, I’ll certainly be back!

   If you’re looking for an experience on the island you can’t pass this up. The details are amazing and local island flavors with a French modern technique. Such a great value and experience.

   So great! Chef and the team are definitely making some of the most interesting food in the Caribbean. The octopus course, the miso-glazed fish with bacon beurre blanc and the short rib entree were standouts but it was really lovely, all around. Service was great. Wine list had some great selections. The space is really nice and the kitchen team was meticulous and organized, putting on a great show from the chef’s counter (how all the seats are configured). Not cheap but really fantastic and would return for sure.

   From the service to the food and wine, everything was out of this world! The goodie bag at the end with a delicious breakfast treat for the next day was a really great personal touch. Highly recommend!

   What an incredible experience on what happened to be our 28th anniversary We have done “ chef tasting” experiences before but not like this. The open kitchen and access to the chef/chefs interns etc made this even more intimate. Watching the preparation of each dish and the level of precision was eye opening. Very special shout out to Drew- the extremely talented mixologist with a genuine love for creating the perfect cocktail for each guest. He made our night!!!

    This was such an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was extremely attentive, and attention to detail was top notch. The food was outstanding, and each dish had its own flavor journey that was mind blowing. We did the wine pairing and I’m so glad we did! It’s pricey, but honestly so worth it! As foodies, this was one of our favorite things we did on our vacation in Aruba! Do it!
