They would not honor our reservation even though we showed them the confirmation from open table. Staff was busy, disinterested, and encouraged us to look elsewhere.

Service does not match the price. We waited over 20 mins just for a drink order just to find out the pizza oven was not working (main thing they advise, pizza patio). Overall scenery was very aestheticly pleasing but would not go back due to the poor service.

The building is very nice. The waiter was polite and helpful. But when we arrived they didn’t even know we had a reservation, they didn’t want to seat us at first, I showed them the reservation I made through Open Table and they didn’t know what to say and finally agreed to seat us. When we asked for dessert, because we had a celebration (which was noted on the reservation) they said they didn’t have any desserts.

The food is outstanding and the quality is amazing!Service was very good and the overall vibe isn’t like anywhere else I’ve been in Niagara.
