Food was delicious especially the homemade turkey sausage, bread and jam. Service was great. Ambience could use an upgrade, but I'll be back.

Great neighborhood gem for brunch or lunch, with quality ingredients and a great variety of options to please everyone. Definitely a notch above other local brunch spots.

PROS: The customer service is ok, more reactive than proactive. CONS: I was seated 10 minutes late even with a reservation. If I had not made my reservation time I was warned I would have to pay 20 dollars for each person in my party. The coffee was and off brand and tasted terrible. The only lactose free creamer offered in Almond or Oatmeal milk. We also had to ask for refills instead of waiting for or waitress to come by to see if everything is ok. The water served after you are seated is served warm with no ice. The Soda is also some healthy off brand soda with no ice and tasted terrible. I was told if I did not like it it was no big deal. I was changed $4 for the soda anyway. The country/oven potatoes we so overcooked the were potato chips. The pancakes were a bit coarse, and hard to cut without having to drown them in syrup and butter. The side of ham I ordered had smudged guacamole underneath it, and was like it was previously on another customers plate and reused. My burger was a bit dry and I was not asked how I would like it done. The portion of fries that came with the burger was equivalent to a small McDonalds fries. (This was the best item on he menu for me) The Tab for 4 people was $110.00 without the tip being added yet. Not at all worth over $30 per person. The bathrooms were clean and nice hand soap that smelled great. But I did have nice time with my family laughing about this place, and that is priceless.

Irenes is by far one of the most top notch casual breakfast places in all of the city. Super quality and fresh ingredients and amazing staff. 110% check it out.

Irene's Finer Diner is a solid breakfast place. We went on an off day when the kitchen was closing early for maintenance so we didn't have much time to study the menu. That said, staff made us feel very comfortable and got our order in before the kitchen closed. The food was delicious and service excellent.

Making a reservation is very much recommended. Food is great but overall really expensive for lack of small plates, everything was unavailable, and there was a long wait time between when we received our drinks/appetizers and our food. I would come back but I would need to place my order immediately on arrival and cut down on all the extras to make it worth the return trip. Service was fair but again long wait times only to be told everything was out and still required to pay full price for…branding? Love and light.

We had a fantastic time visiting in the morning of our anniversary. It’s the perfect diner experience with a quality base from ingredients to venue!
