   Mr New menu is a disappointment. No Naked Burger Salad or Wedge Salad. Waitstaff is unsupervised. It is very hit or miss at this location.

   With trepidation we decided to take a four year old to IHB for dinner. He had actually requested it. In the past, this kind of thing has flopped royally. He doesn't eat what he swears he loves and treats the table and chairs like gym equipment. Afterward, we can't even recall what we ordered. Not a good idea. Still, this time we requested and were able to get a booth near the window, looking out at the busy sidewalk scene. He was transfixed by the busses, one firetruck and all the people who passed. What a difference. Just in case, we did go very early to avoid disturbing others. An apple juice was brought immediately and he started in on the kids's menu coloring page. Before long the staff supplied the mac and cheese with the mandatory side dishes. He ate everything. Ourselves, we ordered only appetizers, in case a quick exit was necessary. Not so. Of course, there are only so many "window seats." Still, this was a good experience and certainly as much a result of the wonderful staff, especially Molly, as the seating. Thank you all!

   Food was O.K. Went for Octoberfest meal, and they pretty much phoned it in. Saw more plate than food. The sausage was lovely, as was the potato salad, but small, burnt cutlet and ham steak, both dry, and cold sauerkraut. But what made the meal particularly bad was the waitress who paid little attention to us. Not friendly at all, and spent half her time chatting with workers. I’ll avoid her stations from now on. Oh! And the screaming group of drunk women made more noise than anyone else combined.

   The restaurant was crowded but the service was abysmal. Ordered salad with dressing on side, came drenched, and couldn’t get wait staff’s attention. And took over 40 minutes to get food, and I was with two children who had trouble waiting that long.

    Wish the menu would have more choices. Tired of the same dishes all the time. My server was horrific. It took her over 10+ minutes to come to table. She was not engaging and appeared aloof. She did a good job, but if she was friendlier and more attentive it would have been a better experience. I normally tip above 20%, she only receive 20%. Hope I don't get her again.
