   Went for a late lunch (2pm) on a Sunday and was quickly seated. Unfortunately it seems the upstairs service is a bit lacking compared to the main level as it took a long time to place order, get refills, ask for condiments etc. Was disappointed by the small, undefiled omelette portion size and the $3 upcharge that was supposed to be a "berries and cream" topping to the pancakes but in reality was 4 blueberries haphazardly dropped into a dollop of Reddiwhip (no blueberries inside the pancakes).

   There was an issue with seating even tho I made reservations as well as received a text that my table was ready. After that my server made up for the issue

   Our server Crystal was amazing. We came here to celebrate New Years! She was kind and professional, the restaurant itself was large and clean. The for the pop tart, mimosa flight, chicken and waffles and biscuit gravy bowl. It was all delicious.

   The food was good and the service was prompt. The only disappointment was that I noted the occasion was a 57th wedding anniversary for my parents in the reservation and that wasn’t acknowledged in any way. I wish at least a “happy anniversary” could have been expressed but it is a busy time of the year so I imagine there is a lot on everyone’s mind.

   So Jordan saved our experience. Very busy and a big party going on, she made sure that we weren’t forgotten. Good food and unique drinks. Great spot for brunch.

   We had a group of 5--the brunch bowl was really good, just enough food, everyone else took home half of their food. Poptarts were on point, we had both, breakfast quesadilla was good, spicy, but not excessively, classic eggs benny--beautiful and delicious, nice thick slides of canadian bacon, BLTE was huge, thick slices of bread came with chips, but we subbed fries, also, delicious. Breakfast burrito was tasty as well, and the home fries are always good. You can't really go wrong at Iron Rooster, their food is outstanding.
