   Brunch was awful . Not worth the price. They refused to honor my OpenTable $10 reward to apply to my meal saying they only do Opentable reservation and do not accept any rewards. Deceptive and fault advertisement OpenTable reward offer. Don’t waste your time on.

   Everyone was kind, but we had to ask for a server after being seated for ten minutes. Drinks refilled only when asked for a refill. Ordered a western egg white omelet that was undercooked. Coffee was really good! This place is so beautiful, if they could just execute on their service and food we would come back, it’s been continually disappointing…. This will be our last time there…

   The crab bisque was more of a soup and the wedge salad had no chunks of bleu cheese. The chicken and sausage Cajun pasta was very good. Cocktails were good but on the pricey side.

   I had a bar reservation only to be told they were not serving food in the bar. Table was ready an hour after the reservation. The sea bass that I ordered came out on a plate of melted butter and cheesecake was frozen.

   New Years Eve, 7:30PM reservation. We arrived at 7:25 and were very understandably told they would seat us a soon as possible. Long story short, the Manager approached us at 8:10PM and apologized for the long delay. We were seated at 8:20 and enjoyed a delicious meal with great service and were offered a gift card for the inconvenience. This is how a first class restaurant should operate. The food was excellent and perfect temperature. The Maryland Crab dip is probably the best we’ve had. Cocktails were great. The scallops and shrimp were perfectly prepared. Great New years Eve experience. Well done Iron Rock Tap House.

   Incredibly disappointed in our experience. Our food was served cold, our waiter never came back to check on our satisfaction. My husband had to hunt down the manager to have our food and drink corrected. We’ve dined at IronRock many times and been satisfied. Unfortunately after this experience we will not be back.

   No reservations needed for this empty restaurant. Steak filet came out undercooked and the only ONE side included was cold.( I dont send food back) Had to ask for a water refill for my miniscile glass. Side of fries super greasy. This restaurant is way overpriced for the food it puts out and service given. Two thumbs down.

   Service was terrible and did not meet the expectations when dining at a restaurant with assumed better quality. We waited 25 minutes for drinks, our calamari appetizer was a mix of brunt and underdone pieces and our entrees arrived about a minute after the appetizer. Our waitress laughed at the wait time, failed appetizer and took over ten minutes to process our payment. The ten minutes did not include the time spent removing a drink we did not order from our check.

    Previous experiences were great. Tonight we dined with friends and for their first time there it was not good at all. The service was very slow and all of the orders but one were cooked wrong. We waited a long time to get refills on drinks.
