I love this restaurant! The setting, the wine list, the European-style fare including duck and escargot & fabulous French onion soup as well as amazing seafood ...hadn’t been in about 10 years and was so glad it was still there and maintaining its high standards- even during the early pandemic!

We never miss an opportunity to dine at the Island Room. Although our dinners were not up to the usual high standards we have come to expect, it was still a lovely evening.

Always a very nice dining experience. Impeccable staff and service. Quality dishes for discerning pallets. Unpretentious atmosphere with clean crisp lines. Casual relaxed mood for friends, business and intimate occasions. Peter and Gina are great hosts.

We celebrated our anniversary here with a view of the Gulf. Attentive but not overbearing staff. Good value for the excellent food.

Wow this place always lives up to our expectations! We have dined here many times over the years and we always look forward to coming to Cedar Key and the Island Room. I always get the grouper piccata which is always fabulous. The service is great and the view and atmosphere is the best on the island.
