At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

    Everything was great but soooo loud. Have a singer in the “lounge” that is almost too much. But the dining room you can hardly talk it’s so loud

    We’ve been going there for years and I think the most amazing part is it just continues to get better and better! The food is always wonderful and the Staff is always on their game. For my wife’s birthday tonight they exceeded expectations!!! My daughter, from 2000 miles away was able to coordinate with management to arrange for bottle of Rombauer and an order of York River Oysters to be deliciously waiting for us upon our arrival at our table 😃. IWG was a GREAT way to cap off our GREAT day!

    Absolutely love Island Way Grill. First time eating indoors instead of the patio. I much prefer the patio. Noise level is too loud indoors. But everything else was perfect and I highly recommend this restaurant. Service and food is amazing! Early dinner menu is perfect too. Love it so much.

    Sushi was excellent. The filet mignon was also very good. The Caesar salad was less than appealing (that needs some work). Very please dining experience overall with nice views of the marina. Would definitely go back...but get the house salad!
