   Heard a lot about this restaurant didn’t know it’s a ByOB . Decided to go there for dinner. The portions are big service was fast and food was good. I will be back to try other dishes

   Food was exceptional from apps to main course. One of the best restaurants in our area. Service was excellent and desserts were to die for. We will definitely be going back again.

    Great local restaurant. Istanbul Bay is a BYOB Turkish restaurant. If you are looking for Mediterranean food (Turkish, Greek, Israeli, Arabic) you will be very happy. The menu is large and varied with something for everyone. The portions are large and invariably everyone goes home with a doggy bag (we did). The meal opens with complimentary Turkish pide bread. Think pita with a thinner dough. It is accompanied by a bowl of green olives. We opted to split an appetizer of hummus which was very tasty and enough for 2-3 people to share. My wife had the Filet Mignon Shish Kebab, and I had the Lamb Shish Kebab. Each dish was accompanied by rice pilaf, a salad, grilled tomato and grilled hot pepper. They are accompanied by dipping sauced. The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked. We took home enough of the entree to have a meal tomorrow. We split a dessert of almond pudding which was outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit.
