   Absolutely wonderful time at ITA Kitchen! The food was fantastic. We started off with the mozzarella appetizer that was made at our table followed by a Spicy Rigatoni dish for me and the veal chop (the night’s special) for my boyfriend. Both meals were absolutely incredible and we both ended up sharing from each other’s plates. I had an espresso martini flight for dessert that was delicious. The wait staff was excellent and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

   I came in as a party of ten for new years eve and initially the service was slow, but I chucked it up to being nye. I did however become frustrated when we received 6 shrimps for the table. When they arrived we were told the rest will come out shortly 15mins passed and the children in our party were complaining of being hungry and we still only received some of our drinks. I spoke to the manager who just came off a bit dismissive and unapologetic just reiterating that we shouldn't worry because we're all going to eat. Our waitress really saved the night. She was apologetic and proactive always checking in that we had enough food and we had more drink orders in. I was initially regretting my decision of coming but her actions really turned things around and made the rest of the night enjoyable.

   We got there early. They seated us early happily. Took almost an hour to see a waiter. Another half an hr to get drinks. Even a soft drink took forever to get. We sent back one appetizer since it was spoiled or just off tasting. All of our entrees were really good. The service sucked. It seemed like they only had two waiters for the entire restaurant and many times we were looking for her to place an order or trying to get her attention for basic utensils. The atmosphere was gorgeous and the dessert was amazing All in all I don’t think we’ll be back. We’ve had better Italian food and better services at other places

   First time visiting this restaurant. Didn’t realize it was a very family oriented restaurant. The restaurant was nice. The hostess weren’t as friendly but they weren’t rude, they could have been a tad more welcoming. Even though the reservation was booked under open table. Seems like the note and the option we selected wasn’t taken into consideration. It was okay because we got to explore the regular menu. The server was nice. I just didn’t hear her name - she said it once in the beginning. Surprisingly for a Monday, this restaurant was super busy ! Reservations are highly encouraged. The food was so good, hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Calamari has 3 different dipping sauce options which is a first, the ceasar salad was delicious, the main course, we had spicy rigatoni, just wow, finally I find a local place that knows how to make this! I don’t have to go into the city!! We had dessert, my husband had a pistachio cheesecake and I had a warm brownie and ice cream. Overall it was cool. The tables are a tad close to each other so if you paid attention you could hear what each table was talking about.

   Not very flexible with the menu. I asked if I could have an omelette I was told no. I wound up getting the scrambled egg with a croissant and a hash brown. The hash brown was excellent. The croissant was hard and the bacon was so overcooked that when I picked it up, it fell apart and crumbs in my plate. It was six ladies we ordered a round of drinks that every single one of the drinks were watered down even the bloody Mary.
