   Not a great experience. The Bay Shore location was much better. It was freezing cold at our table from the door being opened. We did the tableside fresh mozzarella & the overly agressive busboy took it away before we were done. I had requested in advance a dessert for my husnand’s birthday. They brought it while one of us was still eating their entree. Felt very rushed. No management presence whatsoever. Had to ask for more water at least three times. Food was decent but the overall experience was very poor. Many other places to dine in Patchogue. Very disappointed.

   Had a 5:15 reservation and was not even acknowledged for 10 minutes. We were finally seated (4 people) at a table barely big enough for 2. We immediately asked to move to a larger 4 person table and the host said she “had to check”, left and never came back. We moved ourselves. They seemed very overbooked and most tables were not a suitable size for the amount of people they had. Shame on ITA for making people very uncomfortable while dining and spending a decent amount of money. I couldn’t wait to leave. Spoke with many others that felt the same way.

   My husband love the chicken. The baked clams and calamari were really good too. Nice selection of all drinks

   The place was super loud and it’s less upscale now . The waiter was careless I think it was because it was a party of six so his tip was included in the ticket so no need to work for it . Food was ok not as good as I remember . I would not go back nor recommend the place to anyone else.

   First time dining here. Food was AMAZING! Our server could not have been any better. Didn’t rush us, didn’t forget about us. His knowledge of the menu and offerings was excellent. Could not have had a better first experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice night out and meal. Will be going back in a couple weeks for a friends bday.

   We’re regulars at ITA Patchogue. The food is always delicious no matter what we choose. The wait staff is the best.

   Sat at high top by bar area. Bar tender did a great job and had a lot of people to handle at once. Drinks were excellent and food was excellent. The holiday gift card promo was great. $125 for $100.

   We would revisit but, I would try a different location. We would not reorder either of the entrees we ordered on our last visit. Our entrees came out luke warm. The Ala vodka sauce was bitter and inconsumable. The fettuccine alfredo was dry and what little sauce was there, was flavorless. Our appetizer came out cold and no plates to plate them. Dinner fork and knife came out dirty and were placed directly on the table in lieu of being placed on a napkin or plate. Parmesan cheese shaker came to the table with old food pieces stuck to it. Shaker was covered in old food hand prints. My waiter was professional and did a good job of explaining the menu.

   it was beautiful, but everybody was out to celebrate the holidays and they had the bar closing at 9:30 which to me is a little bit outrageous if I knew that I probably wouldn’t have booked the dinner for a holiday event
