Itria is a Modern Italian restaurant brought to you by Chef Daniel Evers and Omakase Capital. The name comes from the Syriac word 'itriya,' used by Arab geographer al-ldrisi to describe a type of dried pasta he saw in Sicily during the 12th century. The origins of this term are much older, however, with varying versions of it found in ancient records across the Mediterranean and Middle-East. The name reflects just a small piece of the evolution of Italian cuisine as a confluence of global influences. Our goal is to build on the foundations of classical Italian cooking to create a dining experience that respects tradition without being overly constrained by it.

We got the pre set menu and were very excited for our engagement dinner. We were sat at 8:25 after a sake tasting at the bar and got our crudo course. Then we got the rigatoni pasta. We waited until 10pm and didn’t get anything else. It was a really bad experience and the staff manager didn’t take accountability at all.

We had a great experience tonight! The service was great and the food was even better. Every dish came out looking amazing and tasting wonderful. As a group of 6, we chose multiple pastas and starters to share amongst the table. They did a great job grouping the selection so that we could eat a few at a time and then move on. All of the pastas and sauces were done very well and I would have eaten all the dishes individually. When we moved to dessert we ordered 3 of the options. They were also very well done and looked great. We found the desserts to be delicious as well. Each of the 3 was very different, but wonderful.
The menu changes here regularly, but all of the items we ordered were excellent. We will definitely be coming back.

This is my second time with this restaurant and each time the food and experience surpassed my expectations! I would highly recommend a visit here! I did the winter taste tasting menu with the wine or drink pairing, and it was excellent

This is one of a few establishments I come back for consistently tasty food and usually great time. This time too, the food was phenomenal. But unfortunately the service wasn’t. They didn’t like my friend took serving silverware before they brought the plate and took them out of her hands. That was kinda funny. They warned us our table is until certain time and pressuring us ten minutes before. And right at the time hit, the last sip of my friend’s wine was taken away. ….its not like we were chatting and ignoring the fact they want the table back. We were on the way getting up. And the next party wasn’t there yet. Unfortunate.

Food is fantastic as always! Host/service can be cold. Not a lot of warmth or hospitality from the staff. It’s an improvement from last time but the vibe is “you’re lucky to dine with us” - not sure why. Music, ambience and food is on point!!!!!
