   Good ambiance, excellent service, incredible food. Lime soup and (especially) pipian pork are to die for. Great value for an amazing meal that exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended

   A unique dining opportunity of Mayan food. Loved the videos of food preparation and history. Make sure to get the black beans and pork soup and homemade coconut ice cream . Unique cocktails. Table-side service other than guacamole. Attentive and friendly service in a contemporary vibe. The food was delicious. I can see why Chef is a top 10 in the area.

   This restaurant alone is worth the trip to Mexico!  Amazing Mayan food, my taste buds are very happy!  So much flavor and we felt very welcomed, this was our fourth visit back!   SO nice to see a restaurant run with such heart and soul – very refreshing! No typical food here, prepared to be surprised.

   My husband and I had a delightful experience at In Kool. We enjoyed watching the food being prepared on the large screens. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and was eager to answer our questions. The food was remarkable and delicious.

   A great cultural as well as culinary experience. The initial visual impression of the restaurant was a bit misleading but Juan was very helpful in explaining the Mayan cuisine we were about to partake. A video history was very educational as well. The portions were very generous and delicious and the table side guac preparation excellent. The price was more than reasonable. Will definitely go back.

    The Mayan food was so good here. Don't miss this place. Ambiance is a bit corporate but clean and comfortable atmosphere. The pork with black beans is to die for!
