   I might go there again I don’t know second time I’ve been here and the assumed manager or owner has spoken to a chosen group of tables and ignores others it doesn’t take 2 seconds to say how was your meal and thanks

   Overall the experience was nice. We have been several times and the music is always entirely too loud to comfortably carry on a conversation. I feel the restaurant hasn’t figured out what it it wants to be. Either a high end stand alone or a strip center restaurant. Our server was awesome and my wife was wished happy Mother’s Day multiple times and made the visit special. I love that ownership is engaged and you can tell with staff. I am really torn on this place. There are some extremely good things and some not so.

   It was a slow Wednesday night dinner but the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Would highly recommend it.

   Out of entrees we ordered but didn’t tell us for 20 min. Food was overcooked and tough. Terrible experience.

   Great bread service and good selection of entrees. Appetizer selections were a bit limited and missing some typical Italian selections such as bruschetta. The kitchen was backed up with the full restaurant and it was a little over an hour before being served. The noise level was high with live music in the adjacent, open bar areas.

   It is a must do on our Hot Springs weekend get aways list! The food and service is always superb. Most of the time we can’t resist the homemade desserts also. We love the Fantastic live music every weekend too.

   OUCH! Picked the wrong night for a nice dinner out. Thank goodness for our outstanding server Jenna. A bridal shower made for a very loud experience and as the drinks were consumed things got louder. Further, the bar area was standing room only and with almost every table occupied in the open area, noise level was way too high. Add the live music and folks had to raise voices to be heard by one another sitting beside each other. Bar staff were stressed as were serving staff and time for wine arrival way too long. Second wine was very much short measure. Pointed that out to Jenna who said she would tell bar staff. She offered to get a little more but that was when we were getting our check. No deduction on check for that. Furthermore, on arrival we were sat at a table where there was a servers bar behind us and where we got ALL servers traffic. Asked if we could be seated elsewhere, we were told nothing available! However, there was a lovely quiet “nook” across from us which over the course of our visit had only 6 or 8 occupants with another 2 tables empty during all of our visit. Presentation on food was outstanding but lamb chops not tender. If you like Tiramisu, go no further…..so light and delicious. Not recommended for quiet or special dinner unless seated in “nook”.
