When I arrived there was no one upstairs to help us. I made a booking for my birthday and expected more. Also, the food menu was very poor, the staff brought us a burger shop menu (???) I expected some nice and beautiful dishes. I had to ask twice to have a nice menu of tapas and entries, in the end, they had only one single menu and my friends had to wait and swap to place the order. A few times I had to enter the bar to get some glasses for my friends. The music was okay, but I also had to ask for something more energetic, I'm glad they allowed me to choose my Spotify playlist. Once we had some staff, good music, and nice tapas everything was good. I'd recommend your business to: - have more menus (a QR code in each table could be easier maybe?!) - prepare/train your staff to receive and help the guests - please don't bring the burger shop menu to Jade Bar. We expect a nice lounge vibe.
