This was our first time at Jalisco's Carlsbad and I'm sure that we will be back. The service was top-notch and the food excellent. We had the pescado and carne asada tacos. I really think that these are some of the best tacos around. The price was reasonable for the location. Very nicely decorated.

Great decor. Nice, efficient servers. I love chili rellanos, but this presentation was horrible. Chili was under cooked. Melted cheese was a 1" thick congealed glob. Nothing as gooey and melted. I couldn't eat it

We’ve eaten twice at this restaurant, both times we were so impressed with the food, not your typical Mexican food, definitely several steps up. The service is excellent, the people are nice, the restaurant is cute and atmospheric. Highly recommend!

I’m very particular when it comes to Mexican cuisine however, Jalisco food was so delicious. I had the pozole and birria tacos and it reminded me of grandmother cooking. I will definitely be coming back.

We have recently moved to Carlsbad, and have tried several of the Mexican restaurants. None of them fantastic, but this one is definitely the best so far. Good Cocktails, (that took a little longer than what I’d call usual to come out), and great tacos on taco Tuesday. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 for slightly slow service.
