   We sampled a number of the tapas for 3 people as they suggested. Plus an entree for one of the diners. Everything was delicious. Especially the Pork cheeks and runner beans, and the cheesecake. We loved the stone basement atmosphere, and the friendly and helpful waiters. Wine was great and reasonably priced. This restaurant is a bit more expensive than some in the area but worth the extra cost. We would definitely go back if we ever return to Obidas. There was even some free parking nearby.

   We had a fun lunch with some great wines. The staff was spot on with their food and wine recommendations. We would definitely eat here again. The oysters and shrimp were a few of our favorites.

   This may have been our top restaurant during our 2 week visit to Portugal. The ambience was beautiful, we felt like we were sitting in a small private garden. Every tapas we tried was amazing, but we especially loved the pork cheeks and the clams. Service was great and we really felt the staff’s passion for the food.
