   Over priced for tourist. Specially catered to much for Americans / Canadians. Over confident condescending server - it’s too bad. It has a nice atmosphere.

   Bee-Jay. Thanks for taking the time to address this with us. We understand you had a questions abpout potable water and its an important manner for tourist. We are used to drink potable, non bottled water with no issue but we understand it could be more than a concern for foreign people on this. we apologize if you felt waiter was over confindent on this.

   Lovely atmosphere at this restaurant with an excellent friendly staff. A very full menu but we opted for 2 excellent salads and 2 pizzas. As we finished eating, an older woman on a walker came in and told us to not leave because a band would be starting at 7:00. Her friends arrived soon after and we stayed as well. It was a great 5-piece band with excellent vocalists playing American standards from the 90’s to early 2000’s we’ll be back the next time we’re in San Jose Del Cabo. Great food and entertainment.

   Hands down best restaurant downtown! We came here while staying in Cabo for our 1 year anniversary. We walked by the night before and loved the decor and vibe. We checked out the menu and made the reservation! The service was incredible. From the hostess’ greeting, to being seated and greeted by everyone. The drinks were so good and the food was amazing & fresh. We took sunset pictures upstairs and was surprised by the live band. They were awesome. My husband got the New York and I got the ham pizza. We also got appetizers and a dessert. It was an amazing experience. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and tentative. We’ve never had such great service. We will definitely be coming back & completely recommend coming here!!!

   The entire staff at Jardin Secreto were pleasant and hospitable. They offered suggestions and were very knowledgeable when answering questions. Jesus was particularly a joy to interact with! Would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for high quality food and a great experience.

   The restaurant vibe was awesome, music was playing, it was fun and vibrant. The service was phenomenal - the wine lady and our waiter were fantastic. The carpaccio, pizza and wine - all perfect. Highly recommended!

   I was so disappointed, we have been going here on our yearly trip. We rented a car to go here on Thursday the 15th of May . Their pizza are fantastic , on this day they decided to not offer them. No option of ordering them, just a hard NO. Hopefully they reconsider this decision to not offer them on Thursday nights only.

Yes, indeed, on thursdays due to the amount of people and operation we dont have pizzas available. we have being doing this since couple of months and its only with the one and only intention of providing a best service and dinning experience for our customers. we are so sorry you are disapointed of your experience with us. hopefully you can visit us another night and enjoy our pizza menu.

   Been coming for 4 years! LOVE LOVE LOVE! But don’t like the new menu! Food is delicious but just prefer old menu!

   We had a 7:00 reservation and had one glass of water before 8:00. The appetizers and a glass of wine took an hour. We were going to leave but the chef told us it was cooked and they would not charge us for the entrees. Food was bland. Service was awful!!! The appetizers and wine were very expensive. Would not recommend at all! We should have left earlier.

   Hello Sonya. Thanks for sharing your comments about your bad experience. Yes, indeed we had internal operation problems, our system - softwtare colapsed and we had to make our operation manual. Due to this we had a delay in many tables. Eventhough, you had your full meak served and the bill was fully covered by us for this inconvenience. We are truly sorry this happened to you in particular but having the bill on us semmed fair for this such uncomfortable experience but thaw was completely our of our hands, wasnt a human manner or an error or lack of atention to service from us. We truly apologize and even if you will not give us another oportunity we extend again our most sincere apologies.
