   I had a 4pm reservation and ended up leaving after 9pm so let’s just say we had a great time. The food, service and vibes were amazing.

   Did not have a good scent, somewhat musty. Environment needs improvement. Silverware not matching. Food prices too expensive for the quality and amount of the food. Left there and went to Brooklyn Chop Hoose for dinner. Wasted 120 dollars there. The waitress wasn’t very helpful or accommodating.

   The fish fritters were extremely dry, the curry chicken was just okay. The service was rushed but attentive (my guess is due to theatre's community location).

   Jasmine’s Caribbean is a laid back casual spot located right off Broadway. Perfect if you want some bites before or after a show, or if you just want to catch a vibe with some good eats. Jerk Chicken Wings - One thing about me, I love spice, so when the waitress said are you sure, I said bring it on. It definitely had that kick I was looking for. Devoured I was looking for. Peppa Shrimp - Just like the wings, nice and spicy. I was more than happy with these and their house made Pepper sauce. Lobster Tail - I knew I wanted to Surf and just look at that thing. Absolutely massive, well cooked, and so tasty. This did not disappoint. Jazzy Pasta - The pasta had some really nice ratios and I enjoyed a lot. But let me tell you now, when I added some of the Oxtails to this, it took this dish to another level. I HIGHLY recommend that you try it as well! Oxtail - Slow-cooked, and savory, fall off the bone…this is exactly what their menu said, and they didn’t tell a lie. I would eat this everyday if I could. I wanted to try it with rice, but I only have one stomach. That said, the combination with the pasta with amazing. Bread Pudding - This was the dessert I was looking. The soft, warm bread pudding was lathered with syrup and the vanilla ice cream was a perfect compliment. I thoroughly enjoyed Jasmine’s. Some people think that it’s impossible to find good Caribbean food outside of Harlem, but I suggest they give this spot a shot. There is a lot more I want to try in this menu, so I’ll see about that next time. Happy Eating!

   Everything about that place wasn’t worth the bill. Do not take nobody or a group with u there try it by yourself first. Because it’s not worth it at all my food was cold literally everything they gave me 3 waiters for one dish that I didn’t even ask for then added they own tip to my bill. The food was not worth the price. To top it off the place was extra small it is not that big as seen on site I repeat not as big as seen on website. It was so small I had to go outside to take out my wallet justo get my card to pay for the bill. So you been warned

   Right away when we entered, there was an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso which was offputting. It was also quite noisy. Both of those things would have been manageable, but both the food and drinks were disappointing as well. The portion sizes are small with the appetizers hardly being enough to share between 2 people and the entrees being much smaller than expected for the price. To be honest, I’ve had much better flavor and received much more food for less from the local Caribbean takeout spot in my area. Overall, we left dissatisfied and highly unlikely to ever return again.

   Another great birthday last year we came for appetizers during Restaurant week before seeing The Lion King and dined at S'Aimer after the show. So, I had to come back for appetizers again and early dinner during Restaurant week before seeing, MJ the musical and glad I did. This time I brought my big sister along and a dear friend of mine and althou the steel drum musician wasn't performing we enjoyed ourselves the food was fantastic and I love my Happy birthday red velvet slice brought out while Rihanna Birthday Cake was playing it was a nice touch I definitely will return always glad to support our own.

   I went with my daughter as part of her birthday celebration. We shared coconut salmon and jerk chicken entrees. They were both delicious. The service was terrific, very friendly, and they brought my daughter a piece of cake with a candle to celebrate, which was very sweet. the prices are surprisingly reasonable. We have been here before and we will definitely go again.

    The food is excellent and service is excellent! However, the design of the restaurant is poor. If you are a large person or a person with a physical disability/wheelchair bound, it is very very challenging to get inside of the restaurant. The bar is at the door and you have to come into the restaurant side ways in order to get to the tables. My recommendation is honesty. As people contact the restaurant and ask about handicap accommodations, be honest and tell them that you have to steps to the bathroom and no handicap bars. You have to maneuver around bar stools to get to the tables and that you have three steps to get into the restaurant which means using a portable ramp. With this information, patrons can make an informed decision about coming to the restaurant.
