                                                                                                    I made a reservation for a round booth at 8:45 PM. When I arrived at 8:40 I was asked to wait to the side. After about 8 minutes of waiting, a hostess approached me and let me know that although my reservation requested a booth, there were no booths available and if I would like I could stand and wait for one to open up. This was frustrating seeing as I made a reservation for this exact reason. But, because there is no sitting area to wait I regretfully acquiesced and allowed them to seat my party at a table. We sat at a table in the back of the restaurant near a room with a large party which was extremely noisy. And there was also an exit right behind the table where we felt a 9 degree breeze every time someone entered and exited. Eventually, we asked to move to a booth and were accommodated by the staff. Service was excellent, food was amazing. But the scheduling issue put a damper on the entire night and unfortunately this was not the first time.

                                                                                                    Hicimos una reservación para las 20:15 y nos sentaron hasta las 21:10. Había otro grupo de personas que tenían una reservación a las 20:30 y a ellos sí les dieron la mesa inmediatamente. No tienen todas las botellas que aparecen en su lista de vinos. Hasta la cuarta selección encontré algo que sí tenían. Pedí una chuleta de puerco y recibí un plato con un caldo y un tomate rallado encima y dentro nadaba lo que se supone que era la chuleta… muy mal. No regresaré. Es una pena que los dueños dejen su negocio en manos de gente desinteresada y poco capacitada.

                                                                                                    Just ok. First, they tried to seat our party of 4 at a booth that was only designed for 2. It’s hard to explain, but they had all 4 of us facing in the same direction like you were sitting in a church pew. Crazy. We had that changed. Then one steak was over done and one steak was not done enough. While they took the over done steak off the bill (which was appreciated) we did not complain about the one that was under cooked. The point is, the over all experience was very mediocre.

From sushi, steak, sides, dessert. It is the best. Always has great entertainment too. Olivia always takes great care of us. She is the best!!
