    Un restaurant extraordinaire. Une experience culinaire incroyable. Tout est delicieux. Les serveurs (ses) sont tres sympa. J’encourage toute personne a visiter ce restaurant au moins 1 fois.

    Plus belle expérience de ma vie ! Le personnel était aux petits soins , le restaurant est magnifique et je n'ai JAMAIS aussi bien mangé de ma vie ! Mention spéciale à la petite hisoire de la cabane à sucre cachée ! À faire une fois dans sa vie !!!!

    Belle expérience globalement au restaurant, nourriture de qualité excellente et une belle sélection d'alcool. Bien que nous ayons eu un excellent service, le rythme était un peu rapide au début ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de l'expérience et de la dégustation. Les quantités sont également à revoir parce qu'au bout de 9 services, plus rien ne rentre. C'était aussi dommage de ne pas avoir eu plus d'explications sur l'expérience gustative pour savoir comment manger chaque plat en accord avec son alcool ou par quoi commencer quand nous avons eu un défilé de bouchées apéritifs... Mon conjoint et moi sommes sortis mitigés car le service et la nourriture étaient impeccables, mais nous étions presque malades d'avoir autant bu et manger...

    Ambiance peu festive en cette soirée de la St-Sylvestre 2024 où nous nous sommes retrouvés hors du restaurant pour célébrer....minuit . Décevant ! Pour la table avec accord mets vins , les 11 services étaient excellents et très recherchés comme d'habitude mais à la fin ça devient trop lourd. L'option 6 services aurait été plus de mise pour nous. Facture totale de $1640,00 pour 2 où il est presqu'insultant de se faire facturer $7,50 pour le cappucino final non compris . Peut être que l'Europea devrait revoir son concept pour une cuisine plus légère et moins lourde.

    Really good experience. French touch combined with local products. Awesome presentation and service Still disappointed with the price of the wine. It doesn’t make sense but always the same in restaurants, it is always on these products that the biggest margin is made. Not specific to Jerome Ferrer !

    Soirée incroyable ! Nous avons pris le souper gastronomique à 11 services et les verres de vin en accompagnement. Avec le cocktail en début de repas et le champagne, c'était trop. Mes parents me disaient ''trop manger c'est mal manger''. Est-ce que le chef devrait réduire sa carte ?
