   We eat here regularly but on this occasion we were disappointed with the food. Very poor pan fried “coq au vin”, really tough chicken and sauce like gravy instead of a red wine sauce. Even the burgers were cooked badly. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen as usually the food never disappoints.

   It was the first time we had eaten here and will be back. The view is lovely and the food is great. We really enjoyed our evening and found a real gem of a place.

   Lovely venue, varied menu. Catered for gluten free and they gave the birthday girl a surprise pudding. Had a lovely time.

   Four of us had a super lunch. The food and service were very good. The noise level was quite high. I realise small children can have high pitched voices. However, the venue, right by the sea is amazing.

   Always have a lovely meal at jetty our favourite resturant !!! back again in a couple of weeks lovely food staff are really friendly and the view is spectacular

   We came for a Sunday roast dinner (shown on their menu on the website) but on arrival found that the roast’s had stopped for the summer. We weren’t disappointed. The menu had something for everyone, and the specials menu added even more choices (4 starters, 3 mains just on the specials). My wife had the Coq Au Vin which had way more meat than most places would give you, with delicious mash and incredible flavours. I had the curried Monkfish (a choice from the specials) which was levels above any dish I’ve had locally for as long as I can remember. Don’t sleep on the deserts either. The service was quick, the staff were brilliant and it’s just a lovely setting, with the choice to sit in or outside. We can’t wait to come back.

   Very disappointed that the Sunday roasts have been discontinued (as were another table). The food was good and service excellent. We booked online and as only 2 people high top tables are the only option, when we arrived we were shown to a VERY small table at the back in the corner I asked for a different table and after a discussion we were kindly given another table. I noticed other tables were empty the whole afternoon so I don’t know why a booking would have been allocated such a horrible table? Another couple came in and were shown to the same table and decided to leave? Maybe that table should be saved as an overspill? Aside from this the food & service are great and we will return and look forward for the extension to be finished.
