   This is our favorite restaurant, and we’ve been many times. The outside setting is lovely. From the moment we were greeted at the front, each of the staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious! The presentation was photograph worthy. The portions are just right, as when we were done, about 2 1/2 hours later, we were quite satiated. The attention to detail from our arrival until our departure is why Jeune et Jolie has earned a Michelin star. Lastly, in September, we ate at twice former #1 World’s Top Fifty Restaurants, El Cellar de Can Roca, in Barcelona, which is featured on Netflix’s Chef’s Table. We were given three desserts prepared by Jordi Roca, but the huckleberry violet ice cream dessert at Jeune et Jolie tops them all! Magnificent!

   We had an amazing dinner - our server, Nate, was a standout highlight! He brought the menu to life with thorough descriptions and approached our service with kind and personalized care - allowing his personality to shine through. He truly went out of his way to make our experience stand-out. Patio was lovely and well heated in December.

   This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was spectacular and the service top notch. Also loved the atmosphere. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

   When I originally looked for a restaurant to take my husband to for our anniversary, I googled “Top places for romantic dates near San Diego.” This place was listed in a top 20 and the fact they did a 4 course tasting menu, I was sold. Upon arrival they set us up with a “Cute outdoor seat” as the hostess said since I had chosen indoors, but the patio was so cozy and the heaters were so warm, I was happy to change seats. For our anniversary, they started us with a toast and offered us a champagne and a non-alcoholic champagne. We opted for the non-alcoholic due to sobriety, we interacted with the shift manager, both of our servers, and the drink sommelier who not only was knowledgeable about every drink she poured, she also had a very vibrant description for each one allowing for us to connect with each drink on a personal level with every course. Our main server (I am terrible with names) Veronica(?) was so personable and not only provided amazing service, she also was easy to connect with and made it such an enjoyable experience. Each between course item and every single course was full of flavor, great portions, and was an experience in itself. The mocktails/non alcoholic spirits they served were each elegant and were vibrant and full like an amazing wine, without the risk of hangover or feeling too buzzed to drive home. They paired each drink perfectly to each course, and celebrated our anniversary as if we were long time friends. I look forward to going once again. The staff takes such great care of their patrons and the food is made with such care. Treat yourself and/or a loved one to this delightful experience, you won’t regret it. When you think of upscale dining with a relaxed atmosphere, this is the best execution I have experienced so far.

   It was our Anniversary, we wanted to celebrate our special night at a special place. The sum up it all AMAZING, our servicers were Harold and Taylor, those 2 brought so much joy to our experience. Not only having those 2 with us every step of the way, we were sat across from the open air kitchen. We watch as the Chef and his staff preformed their art work. Once the works were completed, they were brought to our table, with an explanation of what was placed in front of us. Every course was amazing , we sat for almost 3 hours, enjoying our night. When you decide to go, ask to be sat where Harold and Taylor or working. Thank you Jeune et Jolie for making our night
