Beloved for his original approach to Asian dining, Chef Frank Lu’s techniques and artistry are showcased in signature dishes such as the new style sashimi, homemade dim sum, Japanese hot rock, and Frank's Truffle Kale Fried Rice.

I’ve been coming to Jing for many years and have always been impressed by the consistently delicious food and wonderful service. It’s been a go-to spot for our family. The food is always great especially the Truffle kale rice and chicken basil dish. However, most recently I noticed a significant increase in prices, which caught me off guard. While I understand that rising costs are a reality for many businesses, the jump seemed unusually large. Unfortunately, this may make it harder for me to visit as often as I would like. I hope the restaurant can find a balance between maintaining the high standards they are known for and keeping things more affordable for their long-time customers.

This was the second time we went here this week on our vacation. The first time the waiter was not pleasant, but tonight we had the most wonderful waitress. She was so kind and had the best smile.

The food was good. The service was good. The prices are unreal even for Aspen! $200 for 2 people with no drinks. 2 appetizers and 2 dishes.

Wonderful service and deelicious hot and sour soup, sashimi fresh and tasty! Our first time here, but it will always be on our list when we come to Aspen!

Really good food. Excellent service- really pleasant maitre de and staff. Expensive but Aspen is expensive. Nice outdoor seating. We will definitely go again.
