   This was my birthday dinner, and it could not have been better! Joe Muer Seafood has become one of my very favorite restaurants in Nashville. Not only is the establishment beautiful, but the food and staff are top notch! The location is good, because you don't have to go all the way into downtown and there is a free parking garage next door! I highly recommend my dinner choices: East Coast Oysters from PEI and the Dover Sole. Their signature Coconut Cake is also out of this world! The Golden Hour (Happy Hour) is also wonderful during the week, if you're not ready for a full-blown dining experience.

   My wife & I truly enjoyed our experience at Joe Muer Seafood. The food and service was exceptional and our waiter, Winston, was a delightful individual and very professional. The seafood here was second to none. In fact, the lobster and the other seafood entrees were the freshest I’ve experienced in Nashville. I highly recommend this restaurant— you will not be disappointed. Mike Morales

   Really nice spot in Nashville. Different than a lot of the other restaurants. Service is quite good and the food is pretty solid. The carrot cake is a miss since it's hard and cold, but other than that, a proper meal. Probably not an everyday place, but worth checking out!

   top Notch service with excellent foods. Selection for group was fantastic. Everyone was happy with their entire meal and again, the staff treats you like royalty. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Joe Muer. Alexis, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Seating was plush and comfortable, such a nice contrast in a city of restaurants that think that a hard wooden or wire spindle chair is perfectly acceptable for fine dining. We loved the Shrimp Illeane with plenty of garlic, lemon, and butter. I thought it was the perfect accompaniment to my Bourbon Dream cocktail. My husband really enjoyed the Halibut, and I had the Lobster Tail. Both entrées included both a vegetable and a starch. So, having to order more sides was not necessary. With the expense of eating out, I really appreciated that. The extra sides did sound delicious, though! Dessert was coconut cake and sticky toffee pudding. Both were good, not great. Coconut cake was a little dry, and the sticky toffee pudding needed something to break up the cloying sweetness; but, definitely not bad! Keep in mind, you can park in front of the restaurant (2 hours) or in the nearby parking garage...for free! That alone is an amazing bargain when the last time we went downtown, it was $38 to park! Joe Muer is our new favorite! Ask for Alexis if you go; she is a treasure!
