   Over the past three years my wife and I have visited Joe’s about four times. Each time we had cold food arriving at our table. We had asked for the manager and he or she had replaced the food, but each time the dinner came out of the kitchen as cold as the first time. Each time we had visited the restaurant it was our anniversary. That made us very disappointed. Yesterday was our anniversary and decided that we would go one more time. We were very excited to get a very nice and hot meal. In a pleasant atmosphere. All of the staff were very friendly and polite. We were very happy to have a very nice meal that was a great.    I thought I was going to get the “Joes Crab Shack “ experience. I’ve ate better crab legs from the gas station down the road. The food was horrible. For the same price I could have paid to deep sea fishing and caught my own. Never coming back here again.

   Had reservations for 8pm had to wait till 820 to get seated took awhile to receive food but the food was on point, thankful for that.

   We arrived at 7:30 for a 7:45 reservation. We were sat immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately it took an hour and a half before our food came to our table. Every person at our party didn’t receive their meals after waiting that long. After waiting 2 HOURS, the last meal came out. When I spoke to a manager about it, they informed us that the person ate the food regardless that it came out 2 hours later. They gave us a hard time and all I asked for was for that one meal to be taken off my bill. My bill was $500 and they argued over the last meal. Absurd.

   Food was good..ordered the crab boils, and there was a great amount of crab on it! I ordered a crab cake and waited about 45min..definitely not worth that wait! Didn't offer to take it off the bill, waitress just said don't tip me🤷🏽‍♀️

   I made a reservation ahead of time. Arrived the resturant was very busy but was immediately seated. Took a couple minutes to get seen but understandable due to the amount of business. Very friendly staff. Took about ten minutes to get our food. When we got our food, it was fresh and HOT. The flavor was amazing. Then pricing is a little expensive but for what we got, it's to be expected. I got the crab daddy boil and my spouse got the snow crab boil. Hands down best boil I have ever had. 10/10 recommend and I will most definitely make the 2 hour drive for it again.
