   The food was outstanding as usual, Millie was outstanding as our server, food coming out was quick and overall experience was outstanding as usual! Joey D’s just knows how to do it right!

   Just overall a great dining experience. Our server, Morgan, was very intuitive and personable. Just the exact amount of making sure we were taken care of without hovering over us. For example, we were a party of six and ordered an appetizer of their honey butter croissants which come in orders of 5, but she made sure that we had 6 on the plate which was thoughtful. The value is also solid at Joey D's. I had the Garlic Strip (17 oz. bone-in NY Strip with garlic butter) for $42. The steaks are USDA Choice (there was a USDA Prime tomahawk special as well). All steaks and ribs at Joey D's come with a house or Caesar salad and a choice of one side. I had a house salad with balsamic that came with bacon, tomatoes, egg (I believe) and a loaded baked potato. Both were great matches for my steak. Had I ordered a baked potato and house salad off the menu, it would have been $12 so, as I see it, my pretty sizable NY strip steak cost $30 which is very competitive price in today's market for a good strip steak. In other words, I find Joey D's to be a good value with above-average food. Also, the restaurant has an outstanding bar and has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces and parking is free. In summary, I have never had a bad experience at this place and would recommend it again and again. Above average food at below average prices gets me every time.

   This is a very nice establishment. The staff were professional, and our orders were filled promptly. The food portions were great. And I didn't have to ask for or wait on the check. The person waiting on us brought it to us as we were finishing our meal (I wish every place would do this, rather than having you wait 20 minutes for the check after you request it). We were pleased with everything.

   This was my first time ever dining at Joey D's. I had the opportunity to go tonight with my parents and we had a great time. The service was fantastic, the vibe & ambiance was great, and the food was stellar. I had the french dip and it was incredible. My parents liked their food too. We had drinks and dessert and it was great all around. Will definitely be back.

    My best non-make friend Susan asked if I was available for happy hour, and I of course said "yes!" And she said "see you at Joey D's at 5:30." Game on! Arrived just before the aforementioned time and was seated at my end of the room. A decent crowd already there dining. Kaitlyn (still don't know if I'm spelling her name right or not) was our server and we ordered drinks. A martini for my friend and I had my usual vodka soda. An order of calamari to tide us over. Susan is one of the few people I can eat steak with at the same temperature so as we were perusing the menu I got the nifty idea that we could do the Tomahawk Ribeye. She said Yes! Medium rare, though Susan could likely eat steak out of the butcher paper. Kaylee delivered the steak and our loaded potato and announced that we were eating 32 ounces of goodness. And she would be correct in that announcement. The steak had a decent char and was delivered just as ordered. We split the potato and we were off to the races. The bone was long enough that you could have hung a couple of 20 lb. plates on either end and gotten a good workout with it. We tried the Bordeaux wine on the menu, and I actually liked the wine, as it opened up nicely and had a good finish. Under $100 which I think was a good value considering the wine drank well. Service was superb. Kaitlyn is a hoot and is really good at her craft. There was a large table across from us, that turned into another large seating, and she handled her section like the champ she is. Susan and I caught up, talked about everything under the sun, laughed until I snorted, and had a magnificent time, maybe one of the overall best experiences I have had at Joey D's. On a concerning note, I find that I snort more than I used to when laughing from deep within. As always I appreciated getting to chat with Kaylee, Jasmine, and Amancho was serving the tables next door, and he said hello and you can always see that kid smiling underneath his mask. Kudos to all!
