   My experience was amazing everything was great from when i stepped in till I stepped out. We we're a party of 9 and the service was exceptional 👌

   They only gave us 2 hours for a group of 8 people. We all ordered mains and a few bottles of wine. We received our main courses 30 minutes before we had to leave. The servers were trying to take our plates every 2 minutes while we were still eating and it was obvious. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the dinner and wine - all was very rushed and unpleasant. We didn't even get to the desserts. After speaking to the manager they gave us extra 15 minutes - what a joke! We went to MED after to finish our dinner in a non-rushed environment. Never coming back to Joey's again!

   We are regular customers at this Joey location and we love it. Food always good, but last night when we went we ordered different meals. Steak and sushi was excellent, steak and ravioli was excellent however 6 oz steak was so small it was a bit disappointing, smaller than half a deck of cards!, Tuna salad swapped out tuna for crispy chicken was excellent as always. Roasted corn guacamole was excellent, but they need to serve double the chips as ran out and had to wait for more. Our server Lauren R was excellent...best server we have had at that location in a very long time. Bravo Lauren!!

   Seated right on time, drinks were a bit slow coming but it was very busy. Food was excellent

   Very slow service. Waited 30 mins at the table before drink order was taken. 45 mins before drinks arrived. Food was great but a poor experience.

    Dinner was delicious as always and service was outstanding. The one not so great thing that I'd like to point out is that originally the hostess wanted to sit my husband and I at the end of a long table very close to the front door. With the entrance door being different from how it used to be (used to be a revolving door), it's absolutely FREEZING there and the wind howls in that door. Something really needs to be done about that. I asked to be moved and thankfully she was able to accommodate us. Our food would have been ice cold instantly had we sat there. I really thing management needs to address that situation; especially if someone makes reservations in advance. Other than that little hiccup, dinner was fabulous as always!!!! Will most definitely return but would ask in advance to not be say there.
