   I always have an excellent experience at Joey’s. The Ottawa Lansdowne location is one of my favourite spots where all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoy the genuine hospitality of Will and Sidney as they make my experience that much more pleasant and enjoyable.

   The server definitely made our experience at Joeys! She was the best. The quality of my Katsu chicken was poor, the batter was way overcooked and the chicken dry. It didn’t look like it had been cooked that day. My husband also tried it & agreed with me. One guest at our table bit into a piece of her meal, can’t remember the name, grease spewed out the bottom. We had to ask for extra napkins. Another meal was simply cod and way too much rice. A side of vegetables would have complemented the fish far better. For the prices that the six of us paid for our meals, we certainly did not receive the quality of food that we expected.

   Love the food and service. Wish they had a kids menu and more options for kids like coloring stuff and cups with lids. Just makes parents worry less about drinks dropping and gives the kids something to do while impatiently waiting for their food.

   Had an awesome time on a busy night. We were greeted with a smile and left with a smile on our face. The staff was very nice our server Maurice I hope i got his name right was great as well and very attentive and the manager last night Matt was awesome as well. Food by the HOH was on point and the ambience put out by the FOH staff was perfect for an awesome date night out for a couple of parents that don't get to go out that often. We weren't also rushed out after we ate. We had the Korean cauliflower for an app , the blackened chicken and the steak and sushi for the main... Food was delicious.. Thank you for an awesome night out.. Cheers and we will be back ✌🏾😉

   It was a busy night, as Russel Peters was in town so the high noise level was expected. We were a table of 4. Everybody LOVED their meal except me. I ordered the cod. It was cold and bland. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star. Our server, Dennis, was amazing.

   Joey's is one of my top favorite restaurants...always so consistent with excellent food and service. Our waiter Eric was exceptional, as was my waitress Lauren R. when I dined there two weeks ago.

    We had the fish tacos which were good. They charged extra for swapping fries for salad. There were challenges when it came to using the $50 and $10 voucher, however, the staff and management went out of their way to resolve the issue. It was nice to see that customer service was a priority. Much appreciated!
