   We visited for my daughter’s 13th birthday. Food was great and the service was excellent. One of our children has food allergies and they were very accommodating. Noise level is higher than other restaurants we have visited, but to be expected in an open space and we weren’t bothered by it.

   Our server seemed to forget about us a few times. We had to ask other staff for help. He forgot items such as sugar for coffee. He poured water into a glass container a shot of rum.

   Great night out. We had a little wait to get our table after our reservation time, however once seated, we had a great table, food, and service, all fantastic. Thanks for the night out, once again. We will be back. By the way we brought kids, and people seemed to welcome us not dismiss our presence thank you so much for that.

   We were sat at a table that the lighting above our table was burnt out and the lighting is already pretty dim inside the restaurant, we asked for another candle at our table so we can see our menus better and the server must have forgot to get us one.

   Went on Wine Wednesday and was very disappointed with my experience this time. Not only was our waitress quite rude, but we were also charged full price for a couple bottles of wine on the day where this place promotes HALF priced bottles on Wednesdays. PSA: Make sure to check your receipt before paying!

    We had stayed away from both locations in Ottawa due to bad service and overall dissatisfaction in the past. This visit was overall good especially due to our server. The food was generally very good but the sliders were too salty. We mentioned it and were quickly offered a replacement. We were also offered a free desert for our son’s birthday. I still find this chain to be overly expensive compared to other similar restaurants (Moxies and Milestones) especially 14oz draught for the same price as 20oz elsewhere.
