   We were barely waited in. Took long for drink refills, to take desert order and to get the bill. Like we were nonexistent.

   I made a reservation for 6 people (adults) and the squished in the tightest booth possible. I mean there was normal table they could have put us in but they choose to squish 6 adults in a booth where we couldn’t move it was so tight the food barely fit on the table. Appies barely made it on to the table with all the drinks on the table. Overall use common sense when sitting 6 grown adults. It was awkward because you couldn’t even see or hear who you were talking too the way the booth was set up.

   Our server was fabulous and The food was good, but 2 of us ordered the Farmers Market salad and realized later that there were no beets in the salads and barely any sunflower seeds which was the draw to order it. Disappointing and we’ll never order that again.

   The service was fast and welcoming, felt like we were being rushed out in a good way with how quick the water refills were and the table cleaning aswell as getting the cheque.

   My wife and I went out for new years dinner and started with appetizers which was very good. Then main meal comes my wife’s very good and flavourful steak and pasta but mine not so much. So I ate about 1/4 my ribeye and now I’m have the crispy potatoes that comes with it and I feel a hair in my bite. Then there is another hair in next bite and another piece on plate. These are rolled up in potato not on top. So I stop a young manager and let her know. She apologizes and says she will have my whole meal ready cooked and that she did. It was brought to table by other staff. The manager never came to check or ask how it was. Steak was good but I wasn’t in mood to try potatoes again so left them. Still no manager asking. We had dessert and then bill. They never took off my meal or gave discount or anything. I did not expect anything else to be forgiven but the meal with hair I did. We had a lot of food and drinks so not like I was looking for a free meal. I just expected something for hair in food. Plus expect more out of management to deal with this. We have been to this location many many times and this is first issue. Our waitress was very apologetic and was a great server and I didn’t blame her for this problem. But I did expect management to deal with this better.

   The food was delicious and our steaks cooked to perfection!!!! It was a very busy evening and our waitress, Sarah, was professional, engaging and attentive. We will definitely return to try many of the other dishes.

   I'm not sure what happened but it seems like there has been a huge change in staff. Service isn't like it use to be, prices has gone up yet portion size has gone down. Drinks was mediocre, steak wasn't cook properly. Just overall, everything was meh. Alot of the dishes felt like cactus club knock off but wasn't executed as well.

    Had the. Blacken chicken dinner. Wow was it good. Full of flavours the hot potato salad was a perfect addition. The chicken cooked to perfection . My wife had lobster shrimp rolls she loved every bit of them. The serve was fantastic.
