   Another excellent dinner at Joey Rideau. Great food and our server Nick was a true professional and a gentleman. Help us with our selections and provided excellent advice. Highly recommend this location. 5 star for sure

   This was my first time at Joey’s and let’s just say it is by far my new favourite restaurant! From the moment I walked in the vibes were immaculate from where we were seated, to our service & the food was outstanding! The open kitchen concept is so great love Joey’s!!!!

   Lovely ambience—choice to sit near the windows and city watch or in the quieter booths at the back. Food flavour was excellent although temperature could have been a tad warmer. Ravioli portion was reasonable but the plate used made them look lost in the sauce. Enough positives though that we would go again.

   Reserved for the dining room and got put into the bar area which was not comfortable at all for a short, pregnant lady. Food quality and service are both going downhill in the past year or so. This used to be a consistent spot for when you wanted a step above Kelsey's but I don't think it'll be the go-to anymore.

   We had a reservation at 6:30. We waited for 30 minutes and no one saw us. A lot of walk-ins came in after us and was sat at a table when we went up to the hostesses to ask what was going on they said apparently that they sat our table and somebody else took our reservation.We believe this was untrue as we watched each hostess go up to the different groups and call a different name that was not ours. We ended up being the last ones to be sad and you think the hostesses would’ve clued in, but there was no one else on their list and we were still waiting. For such an upscale restaurant, I feel as though they should be more attentive.

    Really great dinner! Our server was friendly and attentive despite how busy it was. We got the steak and a burger with fries — both were excellent! The GF lava cake was a game changer. They give you this non alcoholic sparkling wine when you come in and it’s delicious. I wish they sold it by the glass or bottle. We had a great time. Definitely recommend!
