   This poor waiter was the most horrible waiter ever! He was nice though, maybe not smart enough to know he was horrible. He came to the table nicely, took our order(slowly). Asked several several times for us to repeat what we wanted(4 people only 2 had alcohol drinks, one was WATER and the other bubbly water with cranberry - not hard). Then took the food order - equally as excruciating to watch him enter into a tablet about 3 times! Food came. It was good, but didn’t see the waiter again. Well actually saw him walk by 10 times but did not come back to our table to ask if we needed anything else to drink, dessert, nothing. Dishes were left empty in front of us for 20 minutes before we decided to clean them ourselves and put them on the table beside us. Then a lady came by to ask if things were ok. We let her know we had moved the dishes ourselves. After that he came to us a few minutes later and we asked for a tea/coffee. He brought us and left again. Not sure maybe you guys don’t offer dessert? We have no clue if you even have dessert at this point, as that was the last thing we were offered. Another 20 minutes later and we gave up and flagged him down to get the bill.

   We booked for Friendsmas Dinner. Server was moody, rude and very slow. Could definitely see she didn’t want to be there: we waited almost an hour for an appetizer, 20min for drinks and was told they were out of things we tried ordering. Overall disappointed

   Our group of retired coleagues always meet here and we are very happy with the treatment, service and the food of course.

    The ambient and service was nice, we really enjoyed the desert. I had the Ravioli Bianco with steak and prawns. The presentation was nice and the dish sounded great, but the taste just was not there. The prawns were mini and the sauce much too sour to be paired with ravioli and steak. The steak was not very flavorful. My companion had the steak with potato purée. The presentation also nice, but the steak (cooked medium) was hard to chew, dry and not flavorful. We ordered a red wine that was served chilled, like really cold! Since when do you serve red wine in that temperature. We had to send it back.
