   My reservation was for 6:30. We sat down and a server didn’t come over to us until 6:50 (I had to flag her down). We ordered drinks and I didn’t get my bottle of wine until 7:15 (again I had to flag someone down about it at 7 and it took another 15 minutes). Service was extremely slow, no apology or heads up from the server or offer to comp anything. Will never go back.

   I had a great time with my friend at Joey Yorkdale. We had excellent service and conversation with the staff. The blackened chicken is my favourite dish and it was cooked to perfection at this location. The manager was so attentive. Our server was great. Great time!

   We normally have a very positive experience, but today both the food and service fell short. The tuna poke bowl was over sauced, the truffle fries were lukewarm warm and our we barely saw our server.

   My favourite restaurant by far. Food is always delicious! Great variety on menu. Excellent value. Great service. So impressed with today’s manager who came by twice to check on us! This speaks volumes about the leadership. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

   We were disappointed by how Joeys handled our reservation. At the last minute, it imposed a seating time limit on us.

   Had a solid dining experience overall! The staff were super friendly, and the salads and bowls were absolutely delicious. One small suggestion: it would be great to see the kids’ menu offer a bit more variety or options that feel less like fast food. Also, adding a cider to the drinks menu would be a nice touch for those who can’t have beer.

   Not that great! I had to asked other servers to follow-up with the burned extra pita bread. The hostess mentioned they'll provide small cake for the birthday celebrant but we didn't hear anything from the server. Second time no guacamole again! Disappointing!

    As always JOEY has great food - if you just want really good Asian inspired cuisine go here. The service was pretty good; our waiter was attentive but nothing out of the ordinary for a chain. Ambiance was nice and enjoyed how curated the decorations, lighting, and playing felt. Overall a great choice in Yorkdale.
