   We had such a wonderful time! I came with my aunt, my cousin, my grandmother, and her sister (my great aunt). We all had such a great time, so it goes to show that it was fun for all ages. The food and tea was just delicious, and very refreshing. Everyone loved the scones. The owner herself was helping out due to a large bridal shower, and introduced herself, and we even met her adorable son. Because of some changes with the shower, we had to wait a little longer for our food (it didn't feel like a long wait at all) so they gave us another complimentary pot of tea for the table. We couldn't believe how cute it was inside and we will definitely be returning! The champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were such a nice touch, I'm glad we chose the deluxe afternoon tea. Everyone who worked there was also so helpful and nice.

   We had a lovely Mother’s Day start to finish at Joseph’s Tea Room. The staff was kind and attentive, and the tea service was lovely. Highly recommend.

   We had a wonderful Mother’s Day high tea! It was beautiful and the tea and the food was delicious. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

   My mom was very happy with the Mother’s Day tea. We both love afternoon tea and I’m so glad I found it in the area. We love this place for holidays and the owners are always so nice. I love supporting a family run business and it’s great to see them thriving. I highly recommend this little gem.

   The most amazing Mother’s Day experience. It was so lovely, and so kind. The staff and owner were so sweet and made it feel like you were a part of the family. I absolutely recommend the place. So lovely ✨

   Delicious food, great service, aesthetic dining room, and a super friendly atmosphere!! We went for my birthday, and the servers surprised us with a free cupcake and happy birthday song. Will definitely be coming back :)

   We had to pay for 2 no shows to our group. Wish that was stated larger at the top vs fine print at the bottom.

   Hello Sharon, Thanks for the feedback. During the reservation process online the "$15 No Show Fee" is stated multiple times and has to be check marked to agree to the terms to book your reservation. In todays day I understand we all get used to scrolling pass the fine print. I am sorry that you did not realize your guests that did not show would incur a fee. Since we prepare food prior to your reservation we do charge the cancellation fee for the food that was prepared and not paid for. This can be avoided by letting us know prior to your reservation that the number of people in your group has changed. We ask for 24 hours but even accommodate finding out guest changes a couple of hours prior to the reservation. Please let me know if I can help you in any way. Thank you! Shannon Joseph

    Horrible service. Never welcomed us nicely-she seemed stressed and not happy. Not a pleasant experience at all. We walked out!
