   The wait staff was wonderful, but the wait time for the meal was a disaster. We had 2 small children, and the whole meal should have been an hr, but all the dishes came out so late and some dishes were bland and overcooked and the white wine was warm. It is a beautiful view and again, kind servers and staff, but wont be coming back for dining ever again unfortunately as this is the 2nd time this situation has happened to us there.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jota Restaurant at Isabela Royal, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and a welcoming ambiance that set the tone for the evening. The food was absolutely exquisite, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The company I was with only enhanced the experience, as we all enjoyed every bite together. The service was impeccable, with the staff showing good attention and a genuinely positive attitude that made us feel valued and well taken care of.    Second time we’ve been there and this time with a big group and everything was great. The quality of the food, freshness, taste, service, and quietness were a 10/10 on our book. We will visit again. Btw everywhere I go and they have branzino on the menu I have to try it and compare it with others. Yesterday’s branzino was the best one I’ve had. I can’t believe it topped the one we had in Chicago, but it did 👏🏽

   We waited 30 minutes at our table before anyone acknowledged us. It was so dark outside, we could not read our menus without the use of our phone flashlights. Our server, Christian, was excellent, trying to make up for the mishap. The food was average.

   Ambiance and views were beautiful. However dinner was disappointing and quality, taste and presentation of entrees were poor. Steak was fatty, swordfish was tough, pasta was underdone and my thai red curry plate which was supposed to be vegetarian ended up having some type of mystery protein in it… maybe fish or pork? Wine and apps were good, but the rest of the meal was terrible and disappointing especially seeing the venue, the food should be as beautiful. Reservations were at 5pm, got our entrees at 7pm which made it worse. Maybe the chef is on vacation? Idk, but for the cost of eating at this restaurant, meals should be special and memorable, but completely underwhelmed… left hungry so ordering pizza on the way home.

    Desde que llegamos se tardaron en sentarnos, el servicio fue pesimo. Muy poca opcion para escoger, toda la comida fria, porciones muy pequeñas y con poco sabor para completar los postres no estaban buenos y se tardaron hasta para traer la cuenta por que se fue la luz.
