   Overall our experience was good. It wasn’t an average dining experience, but we also don’t feel it was an incredible 5 star experience worth $177. The ambience is dark, date night which we liked. You’re seated with an open kitchen in the entrance area. We had a really good mushroom pesto bruschetta, and for our entrees, the pork belly and short rib ravioli. When we arrived we overheard a bartender sharing with another customer that the fettuccine was a small order, so I didn’t get either; however, the $30 ravioli came with 3 very al dente ravioli. My husband had 3 large pork belly pieces with potatoes. Personally, I didn’t like the ravioli and felt the balsamic was too acidic for the dish. The pork belly was great, but wasn’t incredible for $34. My husband and I were celebrating 2 years of marriage and left a note about that on our reservation. We received a complimentary raspberry brownie? I didn’t see a dessert menu, but I think the brownie may have been burnt or there was a flavor I didn’t recognize. It desperately needed a good scoop of vanilla ice cream.

   When in Yuma…JT is a must! Chef Alex and staff deliver on all levels. Food. Service. Ambience…there is no comparison.

   The steak was not worth the price we paid. We asked for medium rare and we got rare steak. My wife and I aren’t that picky so we didn’t say anything. The flavor of the steak was very delicious but the steak itself was full of fat. By the time I was done with my steak half the plate was covered in fat. The drinks for the price were not worth it. I’ve had better Old fashioned’s for cheaper at other places. The cucumber Collins was less than appealing to my wife. Over all we spent nearly 300 dollars that’s including tip and for that we got mediocre drinks, fatty and undercooked steak, but really great customer service.

   We had a really great time and would definitely go back to try different dishes. Everything was perfect! The staff, food, ambience, and wine recommendation. The bill was higher than I expected, but we both agreed it was worthy every penny! We had prime beef carpaccio, pork belly, tiger shrimp in fettuccini, Caesar salad, and two desserts. Each dish was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the chef. The staff did an excellent job taking care of us and checked if we liked the food. I highly recommend going for a special night out or romantic date night! We ended up in the lounge to enjoy the rest of our wine. What an enjoyable night!

   J.T Prime in Yuma AZ is located on the end of a small strip mall. When entering the front door to the bar area, the lighting was very low but as our eyes quickly adjusted, the ambiance was very inviting. My fiance' and I were extremely impressed with the quality of the food along with the attention our server gave us. We both enjoyed our food and agreed the price paid was fair. Returning to J.T. Prime will no doubt be another pleasurable experience.

   Went for valentine’s day and was not disappointed. Service was superb. Ambiance was perfect for a date night or intimate setting. Food was amazing; highly recommend seafood tower (shrimp, tuna tostadas, crab legs, and oysters).

    Found the gem of Yuma! A great little elegant restaurant in small strip mall. Entering through a dimly lit bar we were ushered to a table for two where we enjoyed a beautifully served dinner of short ribs and a stuffed shrimp dish (a bit overcooked) which we shared. For dessert the molten chocolate cake. (a bit of a disappointment as it didn’t have the classic runny warm chocolate center) A special event spot to be sure! We would return the next trip through Yuma.
