The food and severs where very good. Once in our group was vegetarian and they only have one option. It would be great to have 2 or 3 vegetarian options, that will be good when we dine out as a group.

Food quality worse than buffet sushi but with Michelin star restaurants price tags. Small portion, pretentious and taste really bad.

The ambience is of a contemporary, modern, minimalist style. Some tables are rather close, and we could eavesdrop (involuntarily) on conversations in neighbouring tables. Food quality is generally good, except that one piece of our sea urchin (uni) order lacks freshness and the characteristic oceanic flavour. Service was attentive, but tighter coordination between kitchen staff and servers can improve the service speed for serving some orders.

We went for teppanyaki, dinner for 2 + Lobster tempura + cheesecake, approximately $ 300$. The miso soup was brought out last, because they use lobster shells to make the miso soup. a total waste as it destroys the flavour of the miso. Too much salt on most teppanyaki dishes.

I sat at the bar to try $98 omakase. The bar table is too low and can’t see the chef to prepare the food. I’ve to stand up to see and take photos, what a joke!
