   We sat outside on a lovely day. We went mid afternoon between lunch and dinner, so it was very quiet. Reilly gave us very good service. The cocktails were delicious. The food was prepared very well one of our favorite restaurants.

   The crafted course’s dinner with wine pairing was absolutely tremendous. Christopher explained each of the wines in great detail, including the history of the winery, which made it lots of fun. Anthony gave great service. And the three course meal was super fun and a great deal since it was $65 including the wine.

   We had the wine paired fixed price dinner. All three courses were tasty: salad or crab rangoon; seabass or pork chop (huge) and key lime trifle We love our Trilogy restaurant and staff. It was a busy Friday night.

   We did the prix fix dinner and the meal was fabulous! There were 3 courses paired with 3 different wines. My husband and I did different entrees, so it was fun to share tastes. The chefs out did themselves and the meals were excellent!

   We enjoyed Sunday brunch. All of the offerings were good and fairly priced. Good service on a beautiful patio.

   Truly a hidden gem in the desert. The food, the service (Junior and Chris are exceptional, to the surroundings and view. It's become our favorite restaurant, and its open to the public!

    Special was Branzino and it was delicious . Staff is very friendly . One of my favorite places to eat .
