   It was an OK experience, drinks were good, food was average, service was OK. One thing that really annoys me about Juniper and their sister bar Paloma is how they leave the faucet running on the drinks sink ALL the time. This is a ridiculous waste of water and must cost the hotel a fortune

   Love the new Brunch menu. Service was gracious and very efficient from the kitchen. Food was outstanding, as was the ambience. Our server, Mia, was wonderful.

   The place is beautiful and scenic but our server was very inattentive! We had to wave her down to get another drink and get our tab. I love this place and have been several times and wanted my friends on our girls trip to experience it. We were very disappointed because of the service. I will be back and recommend it but just hated last night was not great!

   We had wanted to try this restaurant since moving to Greenville. I was actually disappointed,not worth the $$ with so many other great restaurants in Greenville. Dinner came out cold, unsure how they didn’t realize since the plate was cold. What I didn’t like at all was when you were brought the bill the 25% was automatically highlighted on the screen. At the bar I let it slide because they were so slammed and still kept good tabs on us. At the table after a cold meal and no offer of a dessert or something since we were waiting for a new meal and then the auto 25% again. Too presumptuous for me. We love great restaurants and never hesitate to tip 20% or above but have never had the 25% assumed. We won’t be back.

   The ambiance was nice and the food has improved, however, the our reservation was at 12:30 and the waitress forgot about us and didn't come back until 1:23 to take our order. She also didnt give a birthday treat even when she was informed.The restaurant charges a $35 cake cutting fee because if you bring in outside food in case you get sick you cant blame it on them, So dumb

   They need to bring back brunch buffet. Food selection is as minimal. Waitress was not attentive and very slow. Will not go back

   The new brunch menu is fantastic. Highlights were the tempura shrimp with mushrooms and the chocolate pot de creme. Everything was delicious and the setting is lovely and relaxed.

   We had an incredible experience when we went last night for our anniversary. Our lovely server took great care of us, the space is immaculately decorated, the food is great, and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. A true 10/10 experience!     I can not speak so highly about our experience here. It was one of the best dining experiences my wife and I had ever had. Will definitely recommend and return here!!!!!!!!!!
