Very disappointed as it was for my wife’s birthday and food was not even hot . Plus they add service charges to your drinks when drinking at the bar . Not a great experience at all very disappointing

The chefs special platter with extra black cod, was not special... Most of snacks are deep fried, salmon was dry. Black cod was cooked to perfection, though! Good service, nice ambience.

Spectacular service at Kaia for a Wednesday business lunch. Very attentive, friendly and efficient. Just thought the food was a little bit average for the location and price. Still a pleasant experience!

Food excellent. Expensive. But for goodness sake, bringing mains while we're still on starters! Reduced tip as result.

We visited Kaia to try out the Ivan Ramen residency. We went for the Iberia Pork Collar Tsukemen (£26) which had a delicious creamy and rich broth with perfect thick rye noodles. I was a bit disappointed by the pork as it wasn't quite as flavourful as I had hoped and whilst the soft egg was the perfect texture, it also felt slightly under-seasoned. Whilst there, we also took the opportunity to try some sushi and sashimi which was super fresh. The salmon sashimi in particular was my favourite.

A disappointing dinner - we went to Kaia for the Ivan Ramen popup. Having been to the last pop up they did in London, we had high expectations. However it was underwhelming. The fried chicken was reheated and didn’t come with enough sauce. The vegan ramen had decent broth but cold, flavourless toppings. The other ramen we had was better but still not as good as at the last popup, and considerably more expensive. I can only assume we got unlucky as I’d heard good things about food at The Ned, but the quality of the food, especially from their menu, was disappointing. Ivan Ramen need to look for a better partner if they’re going to do another pop up in London

Overall extremely disappointing and overpriced. Having been to Ivan’s Ramen in New York, I was looking forward to this however it was a complete let down. The tsukemen was served with extremely dry and chewy pork along side noodles that felt like they were cooked 5 hours ago and just sat there waiting to be served up and we’re all stuck together. The wagyu gyoza were also extremely disappointing at £19 lacking any real flavour. £115 for 2 ramens, gyoza and some JFC felt like daylight robbery.
