Overall extremely disappointing and overpriced. Having been to Ivan’s Ramen in New York, I was looking forward to this however it was a complete let down. The tsukemen was served with extremely dry and chewy pork along side noodles that felt like they were cooked 5 hours ago and just sat there waiting to be served up and we’re all stuck together. The wagyu gyoza were also extremely disappointing at £19 lacking any real flavour. £115 for 2 ramens, gyoza and some JFC felt like daylight robbery.

Great experience and amazing food, the service was very slow but the team are very friendly. Considering how small the area is, whenever we needed something it took a while to get someone's attention. Overall the sashimi was some of the best I have had, fresh and delicious. The food itself is great and I would 100% go back, just a little note that service should be a bit smoother.

Waited half an hour for the wrong wine, while the food was getting really cold, didnt get any chopsticks or anything, needed to wait 5 more minutes before we walked up and asked Them again. Overall, really really bad and unprofessional service, very dissapointing. It is not the worlds best ramen worth (despite the noodles were cold). Also they served the snacks and the ramen, both times while we were not at the table, and they didnt explain anything bout the food or what to do. If u spend 350 pounds u expect better service on a place like this. Disgrace.

I have a severe nut allergy and my sister is vegetarian, so going out for a family meal is always more work for us. However, Kaia was amazing and accommodating for both. The Ned is completely nut free, and they had plenty of vegetarian/vegan options for my sister. The service was amazing and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The food and drink was delicious and plenty of it. The live music topped off the evening. We went out for my mum's birthday and she had a lovely night. Success all round!

Kaia was a bit of a let down to be honest. There is better food elsewhere for a more reasonable price and you wont be sat elbow to elbow with other diners and struggling to hear your friends over the noise.

It was fine. I told them when booking it was my husband’s 50th. It this wasn’t mentioned and nothing complementary was given. They didn’t make it feel special. Food was ok but live music was great. Not recommended for a special occasion.

Fun place but a bit hit and miss when it comes to food the lobster ramen was delicious but the pork one was underwhelming. Very good service though!
