Bienvenidos a Kasuga.
El Chef Daisuke Maeda abre su propio restaurante en su ahora segunda casa Guadalajara.

Tenemos la opción de menú a la carta a la hora de la comida (de 14:00pm a 17:00pm) y la opción de Omakase (elección del chef) en la cena con dos turnos, a las 19:00pm el primero y a las 21:00pm el segundo.
El producto más fresco y con el mejor cuidado que van a encontrar.
Chef Daisuke con más de 20 años de experiencia, nos trae comida tradicional japonesa con una ligera influencia mexicana.
Los esperamos aquí en su casa.

A phenomenal experience! Chef Daisuke Maeda Is truly a master of his craft. From the ambiance, to the service, every movement as intentional as holy theater. The finest of ingredients finely balanced by the finesse of the maestro’s touch. You will leave this experience buzzing. Look forward to another visit in a near future. While there is no time to speak in detail about every dish, do trust that this orchestra is majestically tuned. As my Turkish friends would say, “bless your hands!”.

Indiscutible la calidad de los alimentos, peroooo para un restaurante de ese nivel inaceptable que en la barra degustando un omakase se pongan a lavar platos en el fregadero de la barra, cero fancy. El servicio no es extraordinario como se esperaba, los chefs no te pelan mucho solo te ponen el platillo y una explicación rápida y básica del platillo ( ni se le entendía) , no volvería

Increíble. El Omakase del chef vale toda la pena. Aunque parecieran muchos tiempos, quedas muy agusto con la cantidad de comida y es la mejor manera de vivir la experiencia.
