   Upon arrival, I was promptly seated, and my server, Maya, was an absolute delight. I started with the miso soup, ginger salad, and hamachi crudo—all fresh and flavorful. Next, I enjoyed the salmon belly and golden eye snapper nigiri, followed by the soft shell crab hand roll and the miso black cod, each dish beautifully prepared and delicious. Unfortunately, the experience ended on a slightly sour note when the snow crab hand roll contained a piece of shell that cracked my date’s tooth. Despite that mishap, the overall experience was excellent, with great food and attentive service.

   Love this place. Consistency great, my 5th time there since opening. Fresh, clean flavors and amazing, quality food handled with care. Signature drinks are all delicious and the ambiance and decor are spot on. Clean lines but warm and welcoming space.

   Food is just ok. I’ve dined here several times and it may use more salt than any restaurant in Boca. It’s hard to find the fish in the maki rolls. Way too much rice. Lovely venue and great staff.

   Was okay - cute place and Brussels sprouts and hamachi were quite good but rolls were only okay. Fish was fresh but not a fan of finished product. No mochi and espresso awful. Little annoyed they poured half the Saratoga water and then said they poured rest but did not. Make sure it stays on table.

   Spotty service - inattentive. Forgot things like small soy sauce dishes and chopsticks and kept having to ask for more water. Didn’t check on the table enough. Server wasn’t familiar enough with food allergies to inspire confidence. But Food was very good. Good menu- lots of choices, even for one non-fish eating person in our party. Ambiance and view outside were great. It’s a new restaurant so I’ll wait a few months while they work on the service and I would go back.
