   The only reason I gave them a 1 is because I couldn’t give them a 0!! It was a cold night and they had us sit outside and the spider roll was horrible.

   So I’m going to be placing a call to them because we paid for our dinner around 1.4k and we asked if tip was included and the waitress we had lied and said it wasn’t in the bill and my group added an additional 200 tip on top of the tip that was included. I hope they make this situation correct and fix our bill. Because paying 400 plus dollars on only a tip is ridiculous.

   Was excited to try this place since it is so well known. Sad to inform that some of our dishes came out cold and the sushi grade was not top tier. Nothing raving about the restaurant but it was a very pretty environment with great music. Might come back here for drinks with friends but not for a full dinner. Expected a little bit more from Katana

   Really had a great time. However— we didn’t get sat til about 35 minutes after our reservation which was fine but when we got sat we were sat at a little table all by itself infront of the restrooms and in a hallway where people walked by. No one else was sitting there. We had requested outside and said we’ll wait til the next open seating. Luckily did not take too much longer maybe 20 minutes to be sat outside balcony. Other than that the food was delicious and our server was great. 😊

   We have dined at this restaurant on multiple occasions and have always experienced great food and service. Things seemed off tonight with the service which was not as attentive and the food took much longer to come out. Will still plan to go back again!

   Having a reservation we arrived early and still waited a long time as if we were walk ins with no reservation. Very disappointed
