お食事はとても美味しくいただけましたし、スタッフの皆さまの接遇も良いです。一品料理のクオリティーも高く、お値段相応の食事時間を楽しめました。

席の間隔も広く大きな窓からは外の景色をみながら安心して食事ができます。お食事の運ばれてくるタイミングも良く、ゆっくり食事を楽しむ事ができました。毎年スキーの際に利用していますが、食事内容がとても良くなっているように思います。朝食の内容もとても良かったです。また、必ず利用させていただきます。

海鮮丼をいただきましたがお料理はとても美味しく、静かにゆっくりと食事をする事が出来て大満足でした。また行きたいと思えるお店でした。ありがとうございました。

1月に続き2回目の夕食。今回は活ボタンエビを食べられた。合わせる酒もそろっていて楽しめる。こちらのせいで全国旅行支援クーポンを使かおうとすると毎回手間取ってしまうが、丁寧に対応してくれた。BONVoyの会員だと15％offでお得。来年もスキーに訪れたら是非利用したい。

朝食事の雰囲気や景色が良く、店員さんも感じよく対応して戴きましたので、ディナーを予約しました。懐石コースやお酒もリーズナブルなコースもあり気軽に利用出来たと感じます。最後まで楽しく過ごせました！

昨年同様に利用させていただきました。今回はもうひと家族の友人達交えての利用。子どもは昨年、御膳の中の蟹ご飯が気に入りそれだけをおかわり注文させていただくほどだったので、今回もそれを楽しみに同様の子ども御膳を頼みましたが、中のカニの具が縮小されていて蓋を開けた瞬間、息子が残念そうにしていました。とてもがっかりです。また、お友達家族が飲料代を払って下さいましたが、グラススパークリングがボトルでついていたり、少し、前回よりは評価が下がりました。

サービスをしている男性の質が低くすぎる。これまで何回か利用しているが、今回のサービスには呆れてしまう。コース料理なのに、一つの料理が終わってないのに次を出し、何と1時間余りで食事が終わった。また、料理の説明もない。ファミリーレストランより劣る。価格は大きく上がり、突き出し等の料理も減り、ホテルのダイニングとしては、お粗末に尽きる。来年には、変わってることを祈ります。

スタッフの対応も良くゆったりと家族で食事ができました。食材も豊富で、1500円プラスのヒレが絶品でした。なかなか来れないですがまた利用したいです。

The most disorganized, chaotic, untrained service staff I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Dishes would arrive at the table and then be returned to the kitchen with no explanation. A server placed a bowl of udon in front of my wife and then handed her two more bowls of udon that were ordered by other members of our party. Servers were everywhere around us but no one asked if we needed anything for tens of minutes. There is no staff shortage, but clearly a knowledge and training shortage. The food ranged from excellent to inedible. Excellent, the scallop appetizer. Inedible, the Hokkaido pork. A bizarre and comically bad dining experience that we’ll likely talk about for years.
